Another witness as evidence in the Salman Khan’s Black Buck case was recorded in a local court on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Shiv Charam Bhora, the then Forest Assistant, appeared in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate (rural) and recorded his statements.
Bohra gave an account of the legal proceedings undertaken following the filing of the case against Salman Khan, and others for alleged poaching of the two Black Bucks in Kankani village on the nights of October 1-2, 1998, as informed by the Public Prosecutor N K Sankhla.
“I was associated with the entire paper work and investigation as well and had gone to Hyderabad with my senior officer with the viscera for laboratory test,” said Bohra.
Bohra, Mangilal and Sheraram are one of the eye witnesses who claimed to have chased Salman and others on their motorcycle after hearing gun shots. Actresses Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam were already identified by Sheraram in the court.
The Kick actor Salman Khan is currently busy shooting for director Kabir Khan’s “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” in Rajasthan.
